The year 2024 from a Subcontractor's perspective

12.12.2024

"The year has been challenging for us, but we have overcome it with strong trust, hard work – and a touch of humor."
– Konsta Lioutkovski, CEO

Challenging times force us to think in new ways and adapt to changing circumstances.

This year, we have learned to operate more cost-effectively, and by closely monitoring our own work, we have improved internal processes and enhanced site operations—earning praise from our clients.

We are especially proud that we have been able to retain jobs for our employees and strengthened our team by hiring experienced site managers. Young energy has also joined our HR, sales, and marketing teams.

Our greatest achievement this year has been the trust our clients have placed in us—we have been entrusted with some of the largest projects in our company’s history.
Recession. Bankruptcies. The construction industry is going through difficult times, and this year brought its own challenges for us as well.

"However, the toughest situations are often the best teachers."

Diversity has also been important to us. We have expanded our operations in Finland and Sweden.

In addition to wind power foundations, we have participated in industrial and bridge projects and carried out rebar work for production facilities, water plants, solar energy sites, and heating plants.

Furthermore, we have supported our partners by providing skilled steel fixers and carpenters for various projects.
One of our goals for 2025 is to increase open dialogue and listen to our clients even more closely, allowing us to meet their needs reliably and proactively.

How will we continue in the coming year?
