Nord Raudoitus Oy has taken a giant leap in one year and nowadays employs 170 employees in Finland and over 50 in Sweden. One of our employees Sebastian Morenc arrived in Finland in 2022 for work. Sebastian Morenc arrived from Poland and started to work in Kemi as a steel-fixer.

I have an reliable and honest employment contract and when I was signing the contract, I was given a payroll schedule for the whole year. Payroll schedule is every two weeks.

I work according to the time schedule informed beforehand and the time schedule can be modified when needed. Office workers are normal people. I make really good money and I have time for my family, unlike in the previous company I was working in, since I got to go home only twice a year.
